I forgot my password/username. How can I find out what it is?

Go to the IBLearns homepage and click the Login link at the top of the page. Click the "Forgot Password" link and fill in the information and your login credentials will be emailed to you.

I filled out the "Forgot Password" form an hour ago and still haven't received an email. How can I receive my login information?

If it has been some time since you completed the "Forgot Password" form, you may want to contact the help desk via email (helpdesk@iblearns.org)  to verify the email address where the information is being sent.

I received an email with my login information, but I didn't request it. Why did I receive this email?

Someone may have possibly been trying to impersonate you and login to your account or may have input their login information incorrectly. In order to keep your account secure, you may want to change your password and create a strong password that includes a combination of both numbers and letters.  You may change your password from within the My Profile section of the Teacher Tools.

My name is spelled wrong. How do I change it?

Simply navigate to My Profile, correct the spelling of your name, and click Save.

I recently changed my name. How can I update my username to reflect this change?

You can notify us at NYLearns of the change by filling out the form at Contact Us or send an email to the help desk at helpdesk@iblearns.org.

I am having difficulty using your site. I can't open some of the documents or applications. Where can I find out what software or program I need to be using?

How do I change my password?

In order to change your password, you will want to go to IBLearns.org and log in using your existing username and password. Once you log in, you will want to click on My Profile in the Teacher Tools.  Above the Personal Information text fields, there is a Change Password link

Click on the Change Password link. A new window will open that will ask for your current password, and then for you to enter in a new password.

Once you complete the form, click Submit and your password will be updated.
